Please follow the given steps to use the estimator:

  • Click on PROCUREMENT > ESTIMATOR
  • Add the menu item that you need to estimate the ingredients for.
  • Add the quantity and unit of the menu item.
  • The ingredients, quantity, and cost will appear on the right.
  • Click on ADD ANOTHER SALE ITEM to add more items.
  • Click on EXPORT to export the data in an Excel sheet.
  • Click on SAVE AS PRODUCTION to save the menu item recipes as production.
