TRANSFER: In this module, all the transactions between stores and outlets are recorded. Each transaction record contains the number of items and cost. Transfers should be treated just like invoices for maintaining financial control.


ADD


Go to TRANSFER -> SKU to add SKU transfers.

All the SKUs transfers can be added and recorded in this page.

In case of multiple outlets, the transfer might happen between outlets or between stores and outlet.

Example 1: Inter-outlet Transfer

Transfer of SKUs between outlets avoid wastage of items.

Click ADD SKU STOCK TRANSFER button and select the outlet from dropdown.

Consider, you have two outlets, "MG Road" and "Frazer Town". Now you need to transfer some items from "Frazer Town" to "MG Road"



Enter the transaction date, indent number and outlet that is selected is displayed



Indent no. is optional

Enter classification of transfer



Select the Cost Center and Kitchen type (or other categorization as applicable) from dropdown options.

You can tag transfers based on applied categorization. This helps in filtering and listing based on applied tags.

Enter the items, their respective quantities, units and price.



Click Save to save transaction details.

Note: Selected outlet (in step 1) can't be changed during the entry

Example 2: Store to outlet

Consider, "Central Store" as the store from where the items are transferred to your outlet say "MG Road"

Click ADD SKU STOCK TRANSFER button and select the outlet from dropdown.



Enter the transaction date, indent number and outlet that is selected is displayed
